Shipping Policy


  • After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order with Iconic Dream Beauty Bar.
  • Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order.
  • Orders DO NOT get fulfilled on weekends.
  • Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number that will keep you updated on your products estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • All orders are shipped through USPS.
  •  Shipping rates vary, and there will be a variety of shipping options at checkout. 


Pickup Policy


  • Pick up is available EVERYDAY unless otherwise stated.
  • Please contact us via email or social media platforms BEFORE picking up your Iconic Dream Beauty products to discuss the best time & date.
  • Pick up orders that are not placed through the online store will accept cash, Apple Pay, or cash app ONLY.
  • Confirmation of payment is mandatory before leaving with your item(s).




  • Due to the nature of the products we provide we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are FINAL.


Lost or stolen Packages


  • Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable.
  • Iconic Dream Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not  received it, it must be reported as a claim to USPS. You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777). 
  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to us, you are responsible for shipping cost in order for us to ship it again.



By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Iconic Dream Beauty Bar will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.



Appointment Policy 

Hey Icon, thank you for your interest in Iconic Dream Beauty Services. We currently offer facials, lash removal , strip application, facial waxing, body waxing, and eyebrow tinting services. Our services are provided in home in a relaxing and clean environment. Below you will find our policies, and guidance for booking an appointment with us.

•Due To Covid-19 a mask is required for the duration of your appointment.
•A valid card must be put on file to hold your appointment
•No call No shows or same day cancellations are subject to being charged 50% cancellation fee.
• If I’m unable to charge your card due to No call no show you will be BANNED from future booking.
•If you are running late please CALL or TEXT! •If more than 15 minutes late with out a call or text your appointment will be cancelled and cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.
•Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment otherwise you will have to re-book appointment with another deposit.
•You may bring children as long as you can keep them under control during your appointment, anything they break or ruin will be paid for by you.
